Jake Dennis faces Formula E title uphill task as Mahindra master qualifying

In the final qualifying session of the Formula E season at the London E-Prix, Nyck de Vries achieved pole position, outperforming his Mahindra teammate Edoardo Mortara. Championship leader Pascal Wehrlein qualified third, while Mitch Evans, who is also in contention for the title, secured sixth place on the grid. Jake Dennis, who is second in the standings, faced a disappointing session, starting from the eighth row after failing to advance to the duels.

The qualifying session featured intense competition, with de Vries defeating both Evans and Wehrlein in earlier rounds to secure his pole position. Wehrlein and Evans both progressed to the duels, but Dennis struggled in his qualifying group, ultimately finishing eighth. This sets up a challenging scenario for Dennis as he aims for the title in the final race.
