Madring impresses first drivers but overtaking may be difficult

The Madring circuit in Madrid has received positive feedback from drivers following its first Formula 3 test, with Bruno del Pino highlighting its fast and demanding nature. However, he raised concerns about the potential difficulty of overtaking due to the close proximity of the walls and the tendency for cars to form a train during the race.

The test involved 30 drivers and served as both a circuit evaluation and a rehearsal for race organization. The inaugural Spanish Grand Prix is set to take place at Madring from September 11-13, 2026, with the aim of addressing any issues before the event.
