Sky Sports and Audi launch unique 'Flying Lap' track guide series

Sky Sports and Audi have introduced a new series called 'Flying Lap', which merges real driving experiences with advanced simulation technology. Hosted by former F1 driver Karun Chandhok, the series aims to provide viewers with an in-depth look at the technical and physical challenges of racing on iconic circuits. Each episode features a high-performance Audi RS5, with a focus on key racing elements such as braking zones and overtaking opportunities, enhanced by immersive data visualization.

The series debuted in May 2026, starting with the Miami circuit, followed by episodes set at Silverstone and Monza. This innovative format represents a significant evolution in the collaboration between Sky Sports and Audi, offering a fresh storytelling approach that combines physical and digital elements to engage fans more deeply with the sport.
