Williams posts record result as huge rebuild investment revealed
Image via PlanetF1Williams Racing has revealed record revenues of $324 million for the 2025 financial year, marking a significant 35.7 percent increase from the previous year. This growth is attributed to a substantial investment of over $45 million in upgrades to their factory and facilities, as the team continues its rebuilding phase under the ownership of Dorilton Capital, which has invested approximately $450 million since acquiring the team in 2020.
The team's financial strategy includes securing new sponsorships, such as Atlassian as their title sponsor, and benefiting from prize money, estimated at $77.3 million for 2025. Despite ongoing losses, Williams remains committed to its long-term goal of returning to competitive form in Formula 1, with expectations of receiving around $107 million in prize money for the 2026 season.
