Aston Martin reveal upgrade picture for final 2026 stint

Aston Martin's chief trackside officer, Mike Krack, has announced that the team will not introduce any more major upgrades to their AMR26 package for the remainder of the 2026 season. The Silverstone-based team has faced a challenging year, managing to score only three points and sitting just above newcomer Cadillac in the constructors' championship as the season nears its conclusion.

Despite the lack of major updates, Krack mentioned that small adjustments could still be made based on insights from the wind tunnel. The last significant upgrade was brought to Hungary, which provided a temporary boost in performance. However, both cars have not finished a race since that event, highlighting the ongoing struggles Aston Martin faces in keeping pace with their competitors.
