Michael Schumacher documentary producer reveals that Damon Hill refused to ‘participate’

The producer of the documentary 'Schumacher 94: The Birth of a Legend' revealed that Damon Hill refused to participate in the film, despite being approached for an interview. The documentary features insights from key figures like Flavio Briatore and Bernie Ecclestone, but Hill's absence was notable as he was a significant rival to Michael Schumacher during the 1994 season.

Producer Jochen Kostler mentioned that while they reached out to various individuals connected to the events of 1994, Hill could not be persuaded to join the project. The documentary highlights Schumacher's first Formula 1 world championship, which he won by a narrow margin over Hill, culminating in a dramatic collision at the Adelaide Grand Prix.
