Ferrari and Racing Bulls complete 1,220-mile Imola tire test

Ferrari and Racing Bulls conducted a tire test at Imola, covering a total distance of 1,220 miles over 400 laps. The test involved five drivers who evaluated Pirelli's prototype tires for the upcoming 2027 Formula 1 season, with different programs and no comparative times due to the experimental nature of the specifications.

During the test, Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc shared driving duties for Ferrari, while Antonio Giovinazzi focused on qualifying simulations. Racing Bulls' Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad also participated, with Lindblad posting the fastest time of the day. Pirelli's next test is set for mid-October at Magny-Cours, where they will assess wet-weather tire performance.
