Pit lane start for Dutch GP confirmed after rule breach

Sergio Perez has been confirmed to start the Dutch Grand Prix from the pit lane due to a breach of parc fermé conditions by his team, Cadillac. This decision follows a challenging qualifying session where Perez ended up in 22nd place, prompting the team to make unauthorized changes to the car's suspension in an attempt to enhance performance for the race.

As a result of this rule violation, Perez will be the only driver starting from the pit lane, leaving 21 cars on the grid. His teammate, Valtteri Bottas, will occupy the 21st position on the starting grid. The race is set to commence at 15:00 local time.
