Mekies highlights Verstappen’s influence: ‘His input is massive’

Laurent Mekies, Red Bull's team principal, praised Max Verstappen for his significant contributions beyond driving, particularly in identifying weaknesses in the RB22. Verstappen's recent victories in Malaysia and Singapore have been attributed to his technical feedback, which aids the team's performance recovery.

Mekies noted that while Red Bull has made progress, they remain focused on continuous improvement and learning from each race. The team is shifting its development focus towards the 2027 season, aiming to leverage insights gained from the current year to enhance their competitiveness in the future.
